JOLAALI – Consolidated Terms, Conditions & Warranty Policy

(Effective from 01-June-2022, applicable to all JOLAALI products)

1. General Terms

– Applicable to all JOLAALI products: mattresses, sofas, recliners, hydraulic cots, headboards, center tables, curtains, pillows, window cushions, and accessories.

– Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

– A valid invoice or warranty card is mandatory for all claims.

– Products must remain at the original delivery address for warranty to be applicable.

– JOLAALI reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice.

2. Custom Designs

– 3D renders or photos are for visual representation only; slight variations may occur.

– Customers wishing to check comfort or design during production must inform JOLAALI at the time of billing.

– Re-measurements may be required for critical designs; customer cooperation is mandatory.

– If customer-provided measurements result in a misfit, JOLAALI is not responsible; if the error is from JOLAALI’s side, it will be rectified.

3. Delivery Policy

– Additional charges applies for distant locations, upper floors without lift, or crane/balcony lifting.

– Any service visit is chargeable.

– Delivery dates are indicative and may vary due to production/logistics.

– Delivery day will be informed in advance; time slots are fixed by JOLAALI.

– Lifting charges for heavy furniture and card swiping charges are fixed and informed at order placement.

– Finished products cannot be stored for long at production sites; dispatch will be scheduled immediately.

4. Showroom Display Pieces

– Sold in as-is condition.

– No resizing or alterations; any changes will be treated as a new order.

– Measurement services for door/stair/lift/room sizes available before delivery.

5. Damage During Transport

– Fully handled by JOLAALI via: Complete replacement, On-spot fixing, or Replacement of damaged part within a reasonable time.

– All screws/mechanical parts servicing covered.

6. Fabric & Design Changes After Order Confirmation

– Any change in fabric color/design for sofas/mattresses is chargeable.

– Such changes may extend delivery timelines.

7. Payment Policy

– 50% advance required at order placement; balance before dispatch.

– Orders dispatched only after full payment.

8. Warranty Policy – Mattresses

– Warranty period: As per product sticker.

– Covers: Sagging/deformity > 3 cm, Foam splits/undulations.

– Excludes: Comfort preferences, Fabric stains, soiling, burns, water damage, Abuse, soaking in water, Bent border rods from mishandling, Bed bugs, dust mites, odour, Softening/sagging < 3 cm, Normal changes in softness/recovery over time, Use on unsuitable cot frames, Fabric pilling, zippers, corner shrinkage, Unauthorized service.

– Depreciation model: 5-year: 20%/year (0% first year); 10-year: 10%/year (0% first year).

– Replacement in 1st year; thereafter credit voucher issued (usable only on JOLAALI mattresses, not accessories; cannot be encashed or combined with other offers).

– Transport & inspection charges extra.

8. Warranty Policy – Sofas & Upholstery Sofas

– Frame: 10 years | Foam: 3 years.

– Fabric: No warranty for fading, stains, or wear & tear.

– Within 1 year: Fabric change charged only for material; lifting/delivery/upholstery free.

– Excludes: Fabric shade variation up to 5%, Improper cleaning/chemical damage/environmental factors, Misuse, neglect, accidents, inappropriate usage, Damage from abnormal conditions, Normal wear & tear, If sold to another person during warranty period.

– Fabric: No warranty as it depends on maintenance, including fading, stains, or normal wear & tear.

– Once delivered, no return/replacement possible.

8. Warranty Policy – Recliners & Recliner Sofas

– Frame: 10 years | Foam: 3 years.

– Mechanism: Service provided for manual/motorized units.

– Fabric/leatherette: No standard warranty for wear, stains, peeling.

– Within 1 year: Only fabric/leatherette cost applicable; service free.

– Fabric: No warranty as it depends on maintenance, including fading, stains, or normal wear & tear.

– Excludes: Misuse/improper handling of mechanisms, Electrical faults from power surges.

8. Warranty Policy – Hydraulic Cots & Headboards

– Frame: 10 years | Hydraulic: 1 year.

– Headboards: Structure only; fabric excluded.

– Excludes: Stains, fading, misuse, overload.

– No replacement or refund, only service will be provided 

8. Warranty Policy – Centre Tables

– 1-year warranty on joints/structure.

– Excludes: scratches, dents, water damage, surface wear.

8. Warranty Policy – Pillows & Accessories

– No warranty for pillows, fitted bedsheets, mattress protectors, guest/slim mattresses, or curtain fabrics.

9. Returns & Refunds

– Mattresses: Returnable within trial period (if applicable) in original condition.

– Sofas, recliners, cots, headboards, tables, curtains, pillows, accessories: No return/exchange post-delivery.

– Refunds only for irreparable manufacturing defects, post-inspection.

10. Complaint Handling Process

– Submit complaint via “Submit a Complaint” form at www.jolaali.in or call 90000 20228.

– Provide invoice, product details, defect description & photos (including close-ups and full room view).

– Inspection within 15 working days; resolution within 30 days (repair, replacement, or credit voucher).

– Escalations to Main Branch – Jeedimetla if unresolved.
