JOLAALI – Consolidated Terms, Conditions & Warranty Policy

(Effective from 01-June-2022, applicable to all JOLAALI products)

• Frame: – 10 years | Foam: 3 years.
• Fabric: No warranty for fading, stains, or wear & tear.
  – Within 1 year: Fabric change charged only for material; lifting/delivery/upholstery free.
• Excludes (Not Covered Under Warranty):
  
  • Comfort preference or expectations related to seating softness are not covered under warranty.
  • Foam softening or sagging of less than 3 cm is considered normal and is not covered.
  • Normal changes in foam softness or recovery over time are excluded from warranty coverage.
  • Fabric stains, soiling, burns, and water damage are not covered under warranty.
  • Damage caused due to improper cleaning methods or use of chemicals is excluded.
  • Damage arising from environmental factors or abnormal usage conditions is not covered.
  • Misuse, neglect, accidents, or inappropriate usage will void the warranty.
  • Fabric shade variation up to 5% is acceptable and not considered a defect.
  • Issues related to bed bugs, dust mites, or odour are not covered under warranty.
  • Any unauthorized repair or service by a third party will void the warranty.
  • Product damage due to mishandling or abuse is excluded from warranty coverage.
  • Normal wear and tear during regular use is not covered under warranty.
  • The warranty becomes void if the product is sold or transferred to another person during the warranty period.
  • Fabric shade variation up to 5%, Improper cleaning/chemical damage/environmental
    factors, Misuse, neglect, accidents, inappropriate usage, Damage from abnormal conditions, Normal wear & tear, If sold to another person during warranty period.
• Fabric: No warranty as it depends on maintenance, including fading, stains, or normal wear & tear.
• Once delivered, no return/replacement possible.

All customers who have purchased products from JOLAALI are encouraged to complete the Warranty Registration Form to activate and validate their warranty coverage.

2. Enter your invoice and product details accurately
3. Submit the form for verification

Once submitted, our team will review the details and confirm message will be received for both the parties.
Important Notes

• Warranty registration is mandatory to avail warranty services
• Registration does not extend or modify the original warranty period
• Warranty terms remain as per the product category and invoice
• Incomplete or incorrect information may delay warranty support
