Aswani Kumar Chavala
Founder
An M.Pharm graduate having 10+years of R&D experience with an MBA from BITS Pilani in Quality Management, Aswani brings experience from Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s, and Novartis — shaping JOLAALI’s quality-first DNA. Since founding the brand in 2022, he has led strategy, marketing, customer experience, and long-term growth, driven by a belief that India can deliver world-class, locally made furniture.
Bhaskar Kunam
Co-Founder
Bhaskar Kunam, an M.Pharm graduate with 10+ years of experience in Production, QA, and R&D, brings a strong process-driven approach to JOLAALI. He oversees factory operations, quality systems, deliveries, pricing, vendor management, and supports both B2B and B2C sales. A long-time classmate and trusted associate of Founder Aswani Kumar Chavala, Bhaskar strengthens JOLAALI’s leadership with discipline and reliability.
